AI / MCP: BDUI pages from designs and descriptions

Challenge
Creating pages in a configurable UI platform requires many manual operations and API calls.
My contribution
I am developing an MCP server that lets AI tools use the platform API to create page configurations from Figma designs, UI images or MVP descriptions.
The goal is to reduce manual page and prototype assembly while retaining standard BDUI mechanisms. The impact has not yet been measured.

SEO: dynamic page prerendering with Playwright

Challenge
Pages are assembled in the browser after configurations and data load through APIs, making it harder for crawlers to obtain ready-to-use HTML.
My contribution
Built a Playwright service for page warm-up, HTML snapshots and serving prepared HTML. Added an administration panel to configure portals and pages and trigger warm-up.
The platform can serve prepared HTML without migrating the client application to SSR.

Challenge
External interfaces were previously embedded into the platform through iframes.
My contribution
Built a reusable component to embed external interfaces through Shadow DOM, encapsulating the integration mechanism and DOM and style isolation.

    I lead frontend development of an enterprise BDUI platform and its GIS, BI and BPMN products, combining technical leadership with hands-on development: I write code, implement features and solve complex engineering problems.

    • Develop platform architecture, reusable UI components, integration mechanisms and tools for working with page configurations.
    • Built a reusable component for integrating external interfaces through Shadow DOM. It expanded the platform’s capabilities, enabling different UI modules to be embedded without iframes, with style isolation.
    • Implemented a Playwright SEO prerendering service for dynamic pages: page warm-up, HTML snapshots and serving prepared HTML instead of waiting for client-side configuration to load through the API. Built an administration panel to manage the service, page settings, prerendering and warm-up.
    • I am developing my own MCP server to automate BDUI configuration through the platform API, using Figma designs, UI images and functional descriptions.

About me

I am comfortable with problems that have no obvious answer

I am a frontend developer with … of commercial experience. Most of my work involves complex enterprise systems: UI platforms, GIS, analytics and integrations that require more than implementing a mockup.

My strength is turning an incompletely defined problem into a clear, working solution.

I enjoy problems that require investigation: why a map is slow, how to embed an external interface without an iframe, how to make dynamic pages accessible to search engines, or how to reduce manual UI platform configuration.

I combine development with technical team leadership: discussing solutions, breaking down tasks, reviewing code and helping solve difficult problems. I remain a hands-on developer.

Another focus is AI in engineering. I use LLMs in development and am building an MCP server connecting AI tools to our BDUI platform API. I continue to develop my skills in frontend architecture and agentic automation.
